Infinity Designs does not accept returns at this time
We cannot accept returns on any Handmade or Breast Cancer Merchandise, since a portion of proceeds (20 %) are donated to help fund Breast Cancer Research.
If a mistake on your order has been made due to Infinity Designs error, please contact us immediately so that we can quickly resolve any issues you have.
Shipping Policy
All items are currently shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery Confirmation and Insurance.
Shipping charges are based on your total order. Please see the table below for shipping charge for United States destinations only.

Priority Mail
We will prepare and ship your order for instock items within one business day. Please contact us for a time frame regarding custom orders. Your order will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail including insurance. The USPS suggests that you should allow an average of 3 to 5 working days for them to deliver your package (slightly longer during holidays and peak periods).
Special arrangements can be made if you need your items quickly. Please contact us for correct shipping charges or quote if you need an item we have in stock sent Next Day Shipping.
Delivery Insurance
Delivery Insurance and Delivery Confirmation are included for all orders and is not an additional charge (the USPS charges a minimum of $1.70 for insurance). If, according to www.usps.com Delivery Confirmation records, your order is not shown as having been delivered within four weeks we will replace your order at no cost to you. You must report lost parcels within two months from the time that you placed your order. Delivery Insurance does not cover theft from your mailbox or any other loss after the USPS has confirmed delivery. You should ensure that there is a safe place for parcels to be delivered to your address.
